This Privacy Policy applies to our websites located at www.thenextmusicstar.com and www.elevate-global.co, and other websites and apps that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively “Website”), regardless of how you use or access them.
This Privacy Policy explains why we gather information from you, what information we collect, how we collect it, our use and disclosure of your information and how to contact us about your information. This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms of Use, found at https://elevate-global.co/terms-of-use/, governs your use of our Website.
In this Policy, we refer to “Personal Information,” which is data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or by combining it with other data. Personal Information is usually your name in combination with another identifier, such as date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, or government-issued identification number. Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. The specific definition of Personal Information varies from one jurisdiction to another.
Why Do We Collect Your Information?

We gather information from you so we can communicate with you, process your participation in our Competitions, improve competitions, prizes, and opportunities and provide you with offers and discounts for products and services we believe you might find of interest. When you enter one of our Competitions, we collect your name and email address and other information, depending on the event.
We also collect other information about you during your use of the Website to improve the effectiveness of our Competitions, Websites, mobile experience, or marketing efforts, to prevent fraud and theft, and otherwise to protect Participants and visitors to our Website.
What Personal Information Do We Collect?
If you are a participant, we may ask you for your name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, password for your account or other details to help you with your experience.
If you vote for a contestant, our payment processing vendor, Stripe, collects your credit card information or payment account information. This data is maintained for a period after the purchase to process refunds and respond to your inquiries.

What Other Information Do We Collect?
To provide you with products and services, complete your requests and maintain our Website, we may automatically collect certain information when you visit or navigate the Website, which could include IP address, device ID, browser setting, operating system, referring domain, language preferences, mobile carrier and website activity. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to gather information about your use of our Website and to customize your experience using the Website.
Cookies are small data files that help us keep track of your usage of the Website. Some cookies only last for the session you are on the Website. Other cookies persist beyond that session, so, for example, you do not have to reenter contact information or items in your cart. We use cookies to transact with you, gather navigation information, enhance and personalize your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our Website, products and services. Cookies also allow us to track and analyze user behavior to help improve our Website.
Our cookies generally fall into one of four categories: Essential, Functional, Analytics and Target.
Essential Cookies are necessary to provide you with products and services available through our Website. If you refuse them, it will impact your ability to access some of the Website’s functions and features.
Functional Cookies help us enhance the performance and functionality of our Website, products and service, but are not necessary for your use. Still, certain functions or features may become unavailable if you refuse them.
Analytics Cookies collect information that is used to help us understand the use of our Website, products and services, the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, or to help us customize our Website to enhance your experience.
Target Cookies record your visit to our Website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed, so we can recognize you as a prior visitor and track your activity on our Website and others you visit. These Cookies remain on your device for us to use during a next visit to our Website. In contrast to these “persistent” cookies, some cookies (“session cookies”) are deleted when your browsing session has ended.
We also allow third parties to use Cookies on our Website to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites you visit. This information is used to provide advertising tailored to your interests on websites you visit, also known as interest-based advertising, and to analyze the effectiveness of such advertising.
For more information about cookies, see aboutcookies.org. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may change your browser settings to accept or decline certain types of cookies if you prefer. If you decline certain cookies, it may impact your use or the functionality of the Website. Each browser may have its own way for you to manage cookies: Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; Internet Explorer; and Safari.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help create reports and statistics on the performance of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited. If you do not want Google Analytics to be used in your browser, you can install the “Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On,” provided by Google.
Pixels and other Tracking Technologies
Pixels are small transparent images embedded in a website, email or ad. We may use pixels and other tracking technologies to automatically collect information when you visit certain pages on our Website. These technologies usually track advertising preferences from site to site, and to gather data about users’ browsing habits to improve the user experience. You may seek to block tracking pixels by installing a dedicated browser extension or ad-blocking extension for that purpose or by adjusting your browser privacy settings.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
