What makes you the Next Music Star?
What makes TWOFEW the next music star? We're not just another rock band. We're a family with a shared passion for creating music that means something. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, TWOFEW blends soaring piano melodies, explosive guitars, powerful vocals, and raw emotion into a sound that's entirely our own. Our songs tell real stories about love, loss, hope, and everything life throws our way. We've taken our music from local stages to legendary venues like the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, proving that our energy and chemistry translate wherever we perform. We're songwriters, musicians, and performers who live for that connection with an audience. We don't chase trends or manufacture an image. We create music that moves people, and we leave everything onstage. TWOFEW has the passion, originality, determination, and heart to take our music worldwide. We're ready for what's next!
What do you love about music and performing?
Music is more than something we play. It's who we are. It's how we tell our stories, express our emotions, and connect with people in ways that words alone never could. Every song we write carries a piece of our lives, and sharing those experiences with others is what drives us. There's nothing quite like stepping onto a stage, hearing the crowd roar, and feeling that electricity when the first note hits. Watching people sing our lyrics, move to our music, and connect with something we created is an incredible feeling. As a family-fronted rock band, performing together makes that experience even more meaningful. We share something special that goes far beyond music. We love the freedom, the adrenaline, the emotion, and those unforgettable moments when the entire room becomes one. Whether we're playing an intimate venue or a legendary stage like the Whisky A Go Go, we give everything we've got. That's what rock 'n' roll means to us!
Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators?
Our biggest musical inspirations come from artists who put their hearts into every song and leave everything onstage. Bands like Queen, Journey, and Aerosmith inspire us with their powerful melodies, unforgettable performances, and ability to connect with generations of fans. As a piano-driven rock band, we love the storytelling and musicianship of Billy Joel and Elton John, along with the raw energy and attitude of classic rock 'n' roll. We've also been fortunate to share the stage with legendary acts like Strawberry Alarm Clock, TRAPT, and Missing Persons. Those experiences continue to fuel our passion and push us to grow as performers. Our greatest inspiration, though, comes from each other. Being a family-fronted band gives TWOFEW a chemistry that can't be manufactured. We inspire each other to write better songs, perform harder, and keep chasing the dream of bringing our music to the world.
What would you do with the $10,000 Grand Prize?
Winning the $10,000 grand prize would be an incredible opportunity to take TWOFEW to the next level. We're an independent, family-fronted rock band, and everything we've accomplished has come from hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering belief in our music. We'd invest the prize money directly into recording and producing new original music, creating professional music videos, promoting our upcoming releases, and expanding our reach to audiences across the country. We'd also put those funds toward touring, giving us the chance to bring our high-energy live performances to more cities and connect with fans face-to-face. For us, this isn't about fame or fortune. It's about building something lasting, sharing our music with the world, and proving that independent artists with heart, determination, and a dream can make it. That $10,000 wouldn't just be a prize. It would be fuel for the next chapter of TWOFEW!
