What makes you the Next Music Star?
What’s makes me the Next Music Star? I think what makes me the next music star is my ambition to always find a way to make my dreams come true! I’ve been dancing since I was four years old, and singing since I was 8! I have always been told that I need to be “realistic” and it only happens to “lucky people.” I will always take any type of feedback and use that to fuel my creativity and my drive to achieve my dreams. I know I will always make the “impossible” become possible. I know all the practice and all the hardships in my childhood will pay off one day, and I hope everyone can see that in me.
What do you love about music and performing?
What I love about music and performing is the way people react to my art and performance. I cannot tell you how much I love the way people’s faces react when they love a song of mine or the way the react when the beat drops and they see how I dance and choreograph! It’s the best feeling in the world, I love being able to connect people with my music, I really love when people reach out and tell me how much my songs mean to them. I love being able to use both of my languages to bring community together in my music and hopefully in a performance! I love the feeling when people can watch me and enjoy my song and see my creativity come to life it’s a feeling that I can never get rid of, or never get bored of.
Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators?
My biggest music inspiration? I think my biggest music inspirations come from all types of musicians! From Bruno mars to Ariana grande and to Rauw Alejandro! I don’t think I can say one person is my inspiration, I have so many inspirations and hopefully one day friends! I think if I had to choose my favorite dream collaborations I’d say definitely Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Rauw Alejandro, Madison Beer, Ariana Grande! I can go on! It’d be the biggest blessing to work with anyone and learn from anyone!
What would you do with the $10,000 Grand Prize?
What would I do with the 10,000 Grand Prize? I know exactly what I would do with the grand prize. I’d give it straight to my parents. I know that raising me has probably been a wild ride, and not a normal experience. They’ve raised me to who I am today and I know it may have been difficult to deal with all the loud music as a kid, all the auditions, and all the videos, and all the late nights hearing me make music. I would give it to my parents that have always been there for me, and I hope if I win they can see that this wasn’t a waste of my life, and to show them that dreams really do come true. I thank them for never letting me give up on my biggest dreams, and to always reach for the stars!
