What makes you the Next Music Star?
my authenticity, my hunger, and my ability to turn real-life experiences into music people can connect with. I'm an independent artist building my own lane, and I believe my music speaks to people who have experienced struggle, pain, growth, ambition, and change. I've already released my own mixtape, and I'm committed to taking the next step in my journey. I'm not waiting for someone to give me permission to chase my dream. I'm putting in the work, learning the business, and building my audience one listener at a time. I believe my sound, my story, and my determination make me an artist worth discovering. my versatility, authenticity, and ability to turn real-life experiences into music people can feel. I'm Big Benji, an independent artist who refuses to be limited to one sound. I can deliver pain and storytelling, street music, motivational records, and melodic tracks because life itself has different sides. I want my listeners to hear my music and feel understood .
What do you love about music and performing?
What I love most about music is that it allows me to express things that aren't always easy to put into words. Music brings people together through emotions and experiences, even when they come from completely different backgrounds. Performing is special because I get to share that connection in real time. I've performed alongside other artists and experienced what it feels like to stand out in a room full of talent. Those experiences motivate me to keep improving and pushing myself. Music is more than a hobby to me; it's a passion I want to turn into a lasting career, and performing gives me the opportunity to let people experience my energy and my story firsthand.
Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators?
My biggest musical inspirations are artists who have built their careers by staying true to their stories, developing their own sound, and connecting with people through their music. I respect artists who started with a dream and continued working until the world paid attention. My dream is to collaborate with established artists who challenge me creatively, help me grow, and allow me to bring something original to the table. I want to create music that connects different audiences while staying true to who I am as an artist. Ultimately, I want to build a name for myself, learn from great talent, and create records that people remember long after they hear them.
What would you do with the $10,000 Grand Prize?
I would invest the $10,000 into building my music career the right way. I would put the money toward professional music production, high-quality music videos and visuals, strategic promotion, and getting my music in front of a larger audience. As an independent artist, I understand that making good music is only one part of the journey; people also need the opportunity to discover it. I would use this prize to create more opportunities, expand my reach, and build a stronger foundation for my future releases. The trip to Los Angeles would also give me the chance to perform, network, and learn from people in the industry. For me, this prize would be an investment in turning my potential into real progress.
