What makes you the Next Music Star?
Music is my first love. I want to give back to her what she has given to me by sharing her light with the world. I know I have what it takes to take my music to great heights, I just need the opportunity.
What do you love about music and performing?
When Im making music or performing, it’s like stepping into a new world. A world that understands me without consequence or expectation. When I see the audience step into that world with me, there’s no greater feeling.
Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators?
My biggest inspirations are first and foremost, my mom. She led me to my dream as I watched her perform as a child. Along with her, BTS helped me find my voice, Jeff Satur helped my find different sides of myself, Epik High helped me explore my depth and Fiona Apple, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys and Karen Carpenter are my biggest vocal influences. My dream collaborators are BTS and Jeff.
What would you do with the $10,000 Grand Prize?
This sounds cliche but I would turn my life around. I would use it to help my family who has done so much for me, some would go to charity, investment and Id work to kick off my music career.
