What makes you the Next Music Star?
I make music from real life, not image, not trends. I write, produce, and record everything myself. My songs are about survival, loss, anxiety, the stuff people actually feel but don't say out loud. I've lived it: violence, hospitals, withdrawal, working closing shifts to stay afloat , and I turn all of it into songs. People connect because it's honest. I'm not playing a character. Auzzy is who I am.
What do you love about music and performing?
I love that a song can say what I can't say out loud. When I write, it's like the feeling finally has somewhere to go. And when someone hears it and says "that's exactly how I feel", that's everything. Music is how I process life. Putting a song out is me handing someone a piece of myself and hoping it helps them carry their own stuff. I love being on stage. The feeling of everyone's eyes on you holding their breath. And then you bring the energy, and their reaction amps you up in turn like a feedback loop.
Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators?
Juice WRLD, Lil Peep, XXXTentacion — they made pain sound beautiful and weren't afraid to be vulnerable. Post Malone, Trippie Redd, Lil Uzi for the melody side. Cage The Elephant and The Antlers for when I wanna wallow in my despair. Avenged Sevenfold and Slipknot are long time faves. Daniel Johnston for proving you don't need polish to be real. Dream collab? Anyone genuine. Post Malone would be insane. Garth Brooks too.
What would you do with the $10,000 Grand Prize?
Straight into the music: better recording setup, proper releases, promotion so the songs actually reach people. Part of it goes to my family, who's held me down through everything. The money doesn't change the mission, it just removes the obstacles. Every dollar goes toward making my dream real. Definitely getting a PRS guitar too.
