The Urban Gypsies Music Group Chicago (UGMG C) began when a group of forward-thinking musicians decided to do something different. The vision of the UGMG C is the production and performance of original songs that inspire and uplift. Borrowing philosophies, and techniques from masters such as James Brown, George Clinton, Bob Marley, Prince, Santana, Lauryn Hill, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and others. The Gypsies return music to its foundation; REAL music infused with today’s technology.
