• What do you love about music and performing? Music has always been how I process life. It’s where I pour my emotions, stories, and messy thoughts when words alone don’t cut it. Performing feels like this beautiful exchange: I get to show up as my full, flawed, passionate self, and somehow that gives other people permission to feel seen too.
• Who are your biggest music inspirations and dream collaborators? Prince is my biggest inspiration. I grew up listening to his music and I wish I could’ve seen him perform live when he was here. Dream collabs would be Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko, and Kehlani.
• What makes you the Next Music Star? I’m not trying to fit into anyone else’s mold. I’m creating my own lane. I’ve got the drive, the vision, the passion, and the heart. I know who I am as an artist, and this is only the beginning. This was never just a phase, it’s my purpose and I’m here to live it out.
• What would you do with the $10,000? Of course I’d invest in my music—recording, songwriting, vocal training—but I’d also invest in my family. My goal is to build something that changes life for all of us. As a mom and an artist, I want my kids to see that following your dreams isn’t just possible, it’s powerful, it’s purposeful and it’s absolutely necessary.
